The flowers were beautiful at a great price and delivered on time BUT the card was missing so my friend did not know who they were from unfortunately.
This last experience was great. I had bumbled the delivery date and within a few short minutes through the online chat was corrected. Delivery has always been as scheduled and greatly appreciated. There was however one occurrence when the flowers that appeared at my Mother's door were unsatisfactory I was told. But I was also told that they were replaced immediately and that is what will keep me coming back.
The order process went smoothly, and all fulfillment activities were completed without a hitch. This could not have been a more professionally handled online purchase. Thank you!
This would be Five stars except that at the start I couldn't place my order because I had put in all details as a new visitor. Right at the end I was told I had used the site before and needed to go back and re-do my order as a returning visitor. This irritated me so much I immediately left the site. (At this point my rating is 1 star). However, I phoned (from Sydney) to ensure my aunt received her flowers. The rest of the service was 5 star - and I especially loved receiving an email with a photo of the flowers that my aunt received. That was a touch I very much appreciated. So yes, I will use you again but please don't expect me to remember my password. We use thousands of websites and this is simply unrealistic. The feeling it leaves is that you want to 'market me' rather than 'serve me'. It's not a good feeling and I for one simply exit websites that make me feel that way. Angela, Sydney
