A world-wide focus
Although our team is small and efficient, Canaflora has offices all over the world. Customer service is taken care of from a small office in Islamabad, Pakistan. Our IT team works from their stations in Serbia and India, and our head office and shops are located across Canada.
Having a multi-lingual, international company allows Canaflora to broaden its horizons further than any other company. Our tough interview process ensures our hand-picked agents are the cream of the crop. Our extensive training provides agents with skills to deal with any situation. Hiring international staff is an advantage and an asset to our company—one not many other companies can boast.
An unprecedented business model
We think our product is the most important thing in the world. We nourish it, take care of it, and present it to you in the best possible way. When we just started Canaflora, we sat down and thought to ourselves: How can we improve the quality of our flowers?
We looked at the old business model, and saw flaws in it. The old business model has flowers being shipped back and forth, damaging them. Because they're cut as soon as they leave he grower, the poor, dehydrated flowers have to go through three stages before making their way to you.
We also realized every stage increases the price of the product. This means both you and our company are paying exponentially more for a worse product. And that's just not right.
So, we eliminated the middle men. We contacted the farms directly and showed them our point of view. Today, all of our flowers come directly from the grower to the florist, spending less time being stored and more times being beautiful—and affordable—for you.
A golden standard
We've said it before, we'll say it again. We're different because we care. Our small customer support team takes care of things from an office in Islamabad, Pakistan. All our customer service team has at least 5 year experience of serving Canadian customers. This way, when there's a need for quick communication between employees or management we don't have to rely on technology.
If there is a problem at a flower shop, we know about it and we'll take care of it. If immediate action has to be taken, you don't have to be transfered back and forth between flower shops. We are here, and we are here for you. That being said, our flower shops are superb. We know every single one of our florists by name, and make sure that they are highly trained professionals.
The communication between florists and customer support is flawless for the best results. But, above all, you should know that we value every order and every penny.
